Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. Following the end of her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel was competing in fitness shows aged 16. When she was 17, she won her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She first began to participate in fitness shows after giving up the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. In the year 17 she was awarded her Pro Card one year later. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel was able to take six years off the stage to finish her education at college. Following her completion of college Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. She continued where she had left off in the previous competitions, including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show, she continued competing for a long time and establishing higher goals each year. She had already been awarded four fitness awards. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel had a long break after earning her Pro card so that she could earn her degree from college. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut took place in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. At the show, she finished third. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for Fitness Olympia. Three months later she was on the Olympia stage to take home the 6th position within the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she didn't have any goals. She was happy about her position. It is no surprise that Ariel was able to place well, considering that she had to compete against the best athletes. Ariel continues to improve her body. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to work out is her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm lat pulldowns as well as pullups with the machine as well as bent-over rows. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving on to the sets for working. Additionally, Ariel is known to make use of her time as efficiently as is possible. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings for all her exercises in the back. It involves three or four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
